This a trading name for the company ” The Midlands GP Clinic” Company Reg. Number 16366915 owned by Dr Aditi Pandit.

In person clinics are held at the CQC Registered Clinic. The Chamberlain Clinic, 81, Harborne Road,  Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 3HG 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

On this site particularly on our appointment page we do collect personal data such as your name, email address, personal medical information you wish to share; transactional data, such as payments for appointments and limited technical data, such as information about cookies.

Regarding the collection and retention of sensitive personal data concerning your health this will all be securely stored and looked after at all time and never shared with any other party without your express permission. We only ask for a limited amount of medical information so that we can start your appointment prepared with a clear idea of what help you are looking for.

Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds such as our appointment booking system.

Comments

We do not currently have a blog or news page and our intention if we do decide to add such a page is to NOT have any ability for visitors to add comments.

Contact form

Our contact form will only ask for you Name, email address and optional contact telephone number. We  keep that data sent via our contact form for up to two years for patient service purposes and we will never use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

As a patient with Private Doctor West Midlands you have rights over your data if you wish to see what data we keep you can write at any time to us and will be happy to show you that data in a timely fashion or delete your data if requested.

We use the strongest and latest measures to protect your  data. Our security measures include two-factor authentication and strong password protection.
